It’s always so much fun to do a shoot for someone I know personally. It’s even more special when it’s the fourth time I’m taking pictures of them! I’ve done Christmas pictures for Hailey, her two year portraits, family pictures, and now her three year portraits! I can’t believe how big she’s getting… but I kind of can believe it because her dad is SO tall! Although he’s in Afghanistan, Hailey, her brother, and her mom seem to be holding down the fort just fine here in Virginia! I loved that her mom wanted to include a little piece of her dad in these pictures. It captures this time in their lives so well. Happy belated birthday, Hailey! I can’t wait to take a picture of you, your mom and dad, and little Logan all together again this Christmas!
Okay so Hailey was HAMMING IT UP this entire session… I was laughing so hard editing these pictures!!! She took my directions so literally… it was quite the humbling experience… haha :)

And then she got to put on her blue princess dress as we drove to the park to take a few more shots. She looks like Cinderella :)
I don’t even remember telling her to do this… but I guess I did! Either that or she just came up with this pose all by herself! Lol!
Fun fact: there is a picture of Hailey bending down, digging in the dirt, at all of her birthday portrait sessions… haha :)
I’ll end this with one of my favorites of Hailey to date! She is starting to look so grown up!! I still remember holding her as a little newborn just home from the hospital my senior year of high school! Can’t believe how fast time flies… :*)
