I can’t believe it’s been a year since I first met little Aiden just a few days after he’d come home from the hospital. Balloons announcing “It’s a Boy!” still decorated the house, fresh congratulatory flowers were still blooming, and Andrew and Anika had that glow about them that comes with the thrill of becoming a parent for the first time. It was my first newborn session and I was probably the most nervous person in the room. But Aiden was just so good! He was super cute and smiled throughout the entire session… and even let his dad hold him just lightly so on the surface of a big, scary guitar! I walked away with some adorable pictures, hoping to get to photograph Aiden again in the future. So when Anika contacted me last month to set up a date for his first year portrait session, I flipped! With his blonde hair and blue eyes, Aiden is just the cutest little boy I have ever seen… as I’m sure his parents would agree!
Andrew, Anika, and Aiden… I had so much fun capturing your beautiful family, and I hope to be shooting with you all again in the future!!
