Oh my goodness this shoot was just SO much fun!! I feel like time has flown by this Fall and when I met Lacey and Paul for their Autumn Manassas Battlefield engagement session, the leaves were JUST starting to turn. Yet somehow there is so much Fall color in all of these images!! That’s the magic of an open field at sunset! Especially this place. There’s just something special about it and I love shooting here! I was so glad Lacey & Paul loved the previous sessions I’d done at this location and wanted the same golden hour Autumn afternoon look!
Autumn Manassas Battlefield Engagement Session
These two showed up ready to just have fun with each other. They are so in love. I know I’ve said this before, but it makes all the difference when a couple arrives at their engagement session just wanting to have a good time! These two share something unique. Maybe it’s their loyalty for each other… or their kindred playful spirits… or maybe it’s the crazy fact that they have the same birthday! Whatever it is, it’s something built to last and I just know there are so many joyful years ahead for these two. I can’t wait to celebrate with them on their wedding day next year!
