I’m so excited for this post!! So you’ve actually seen Halie before today because she was a bridesmaid in Dru & Michael’s wedding earlier this year! When she wrote me about her wedding, I knew I just had to be a part of it. I remembered Halie’s sweet spirit and her smile for Dru on her wedding day, and I knew she would make just the loveliest bride. I’m so excited for Halie & Mike’s wedding day next September!! After spending a couple of hours with them last weekend for their engagement session, I learned that they love to travel and have a special place in their hearts for the city of Baltimore. There was no better place to do their shoot than around the city! We started at Federal Hill where they used to spend their mornings sitting on the bench and looking down into the Inner Harbor with donuts in hand. Then we drove over to the building that housed their first apartment and walked out on their 7th floor balcony to capture Camden Yards as their backdrop. To finish their shoot we headed down to Fell’s Point where the smell of freshly baked bread wafting over from Little Italy had us all hungry by the end of their session!!! Incorporating the pretty fall leaves, an awesome overlook, colorful storefronts, and the waterfront all in one evening for their Baltimore city engagement photos was just a dream come true! Halie and Mike, I hope you love these photos and I can’t wait until your wedding day next Fall!!!
They’re so sweet!!
Halie I LOVE your smile!!
They love this view and I’m so glad we got to incorporate it!
Thanks for being so amazing, you two!! I can’t wait until next September!!!
