I have been SO excited over the past four months about meeting Bobby and Teri for their engagement session! Now that it’s officially Spring, things are picking up and I’m getting to meet with my 2014 couples for their engagement pictures… and hang out with them!! :) Although it was a little cold and rainy on Sunday, we ended up with such great spots to shoot at. Props to these two for not caring at ALL about the wet weather!! When I walked into their house at the start of the session, I announced, “Well… it’s raining!” and they both pretty much said Whatever! and we drove into the city optimistic and with a few good ideas about indoor spots to shoot :) We started at this gorgeous building off Main Street and ended up with a break in the rain afterwards and were able to shoot at a park I’ve been dying to shoot at since I started photography. Even with the rain and overcast weather… the view of the city was just gorgeous from this hill. Bobby and Teri treated me to a caramel mocha after our session, and as we walked and talked our way back to the car, I couldn’t help but imagine just how beautiful their wedding day is going to be. From the gorgeous gown that Teri’s going to be wearing to the breathtaking church they’re going to be married in… it’s just going to be absolutely beautiful. I can’t WAIT for their wedding day in June! And aren’t they just the cutest together?!
