I’d been looking forward to meeting these two since I had my first phone call with Ashleigh last summer! Her and Kevin sounded so sweet… I’ll let Ashleigh tell you in her own words a little bit of the story she shared with me that day we had our first phone call:
The first time we spoke, Kevin and I bonded over our mutual DC restaurant foodie obsessions and similar sense of humor. Before I knew it we were on our first date at Blue Duck Tavern… we talked for 8+ hours and almost had to get kicked out at the end because we were the last ones there! It was the best date I had ever been on, and Kevin was everything I was ever looking for in a guy that I thought I would just never find all in one person. I felt overwhelming lucky to meet him and knew in my heart, even though it had been a rough road getting there, everything happened for a reason and this was meant to be.”
Their classy Old Town Alexandria engagement photos couldn’t be more gorgeous!! These two love nothing more than spending time adventuring in town together! Ashleigh shared how much they love going out to eat, for drinks, or to the comedy club… Justin and I have got to go with them on a double date ASAP! I feel like a comedy club is right up Justin’s alley for date night! Haha!! These two are just so much fun and I loved my time with them for their engagement session!

LOL!! This dog (and her owner) came outside while we were taking photos next door and she was ALLLL about being in the pictures!! She stood there for a full minute just staring at us!! Hahah!
