There are a LOT of photography groups on Facebook. Like, a lot a lot. At some point in the past few crazy months, I became Facebook friends with Katie of KSant Photography who is in a few of the same photography groups I am. She posted asking for a second shooter a couple of weeks ago and this past weekend I got to assist her with a wedding at Linden Row Inn in Richmond, VA! It was a LOT of fun working with and learning from her! We also had some time to chat about her day job as a teacher and her boyfriend’s career as a police officer. It reminded me a bit of Justin and his firefighting! Totally not the same thing at all… but both of us have boyfriends in the service industry, and I love that we have that in common with each other! I also love that she’s an amazing and incredibly photographer! And she is so much fun!! Her laugh is so contagious, and she brings her warm sense of humor into every conversation. I loved having the opportunity to second shoot for her AND take some head shots for her this week! Katie, I can’t wait to see you in a couple of weeks to work a wedding day together again… and again a few weeks after that!! I hope you love these head shots!
