What many people probably don’t know is that for the first few years I was a photographer, I was shooting family portraits more than anything else! It was normal for me to spend my Saturday afternoon at a gazebo, a park, or anywhere with changing leaves during the Fall. I don’t shoot family portraits nearly as often as I used to but when they do arise, I get that much more excited because they’re now so much less common in my schedule! I met Ryan, Katie, and their sweet Livvy early last Saturday morning and even though it was a little chilly, we had perfect weather and Willow Creek Farm made a great backdrop for their portraits. Enjoy meeting this sweet family today!! Ryan and Katie, I’ll see you two next July at Elizabeth’s wedding!! Woo hoo!!! :)
The leaves!!! Favorite time of year to take pictures. Hands down.
Livvy was SUCH a sweet girl! She was so well-behaved and I kept telling Ryan and Katie that she was probably the best baby I’ve ever taken pictures of!! Just so happy and sweet!!
And of course, we had to get some pictures of mom and dad… :) I was pleasantly surprised when these two posed themselves like this as I was getting my camera settings ready! I think it just goes to show how in love they are and what sweet souls they have. I just loved spending my Saturday morning with them!!
Thanks for an awesome shoot, Ryan & Katie! I hope you treasure these pictures for years to come!!
