Historic Occoquan Virginia Engagement Session | Megan Kelsey Photography | Northern Virginia Wedding Photographer ⤖ I met these two just two weeks before Christmas and it was wonderful because there was so much red and green and gorgeous soft winter light! I never thought I would love a winter engagement session so much… and December turned out to be just warm enough to still be comfortable! These two met just like I met Justin… going to private school together! There’s no bond like a private Christian school classroom bond. Everyone knows everyone and the community is very tight knit. Patrick’s mom was actually mine and Justin’s history teacher all four years of high school at our own (different) private school! I can imagine when Patrick and Ashleey reconnected years later at Ashleey’s 25th birthday, they had a lot to catch up on but many memories that they already shared. Patrick and Ashleey are getting married this May, and their wedding is going to be SO much fun. Hearing all about the family Christmas party they were hosting the night of their engagement session just made me that much more excited to meet all their family and friends! Ashley is going to make a stunning bride and I can’t wait to celebrate with them!!!
