Washington DC Engagement Photos | Thin & Phil | A “Fairytale” Shoot!

These two have been long distance for YEARS and this August, they are finally getting married! Phil is in the Navy and stationed in Williamsburg while Thin, a social worker, is currently living in Rockville. When they told me how long they had been together, I instantly felt connected to the two of them. There aren’t many other couples who have been together for over 5 years and are still waiting for their wedding day! Well, in less than two short months, Thin & Phil will officially be tying the knot and be able to call each other husband and wife!! I was SO excited to meet them for their Washington DC engagement photos. The love these two share is magnetic. From just the few hours I’ve spent with them so far, I can totally see that above all else, these two are each other’s very best friend… and there isn’t a sweeter, more loyal type of love. I cannot WAIT for their amazing wedding day in August! If they look this good in their engagement photos, I can only imagine how phenomenal their actual wedding pictures are going to be! :)

These were literally the first couple photos I took of them! Usually it takes people 10-15 minutes to reall warm up but these two were naturals!! :)

How surreal is this location?! Thin and Phil picked this park out and it could not have been anymore perfect!!

Their last outfit gives a little bit of a glimpse at how gorgeous of a bride Thin is going to be. She is going to look just stunning in her white on her wedding day!!
